P'tite balade a travers le nord argentin :
Mais rien de vraiment exceptionnel...
La ville de Mendosa n'est pas interessante, mais Cordoba l'est nettement plus. Cette ville est la seconde plus grande d'Argentine, quelque 1'300'000 personnes y vivent, et a une des plus grande universite du pays. Plein de jeunes, plein de bars, ainsi que plein de batiments retraçant la riche histoire des missionnaires. C'est ici que les missionnaires residaient avant de partir evangeliser les indiens du nord de l'Argentine.
Mais la partie la plus interessante, a mon point de vue, est Puerto Iguazu. Ville d'argentine au climat tropical, a la frontiere entre le Brazil et le Paraguay. L'embleme de la region est le Toucan, et c'est ici, au milieu de la foret tropical, qu'il y a les plus belles chutes d'eau du monde. Je n'ai pas vu les autres mais j'imagine que c'est vrais.
Il y a 100'000 ans, la terre sous le Rio Crecido s'affessa formant ainsi une gorge pronfonde de quelque 70 m. Du coup, la paisible riviere se transforma en un violent torrent deversant ces millions de m3 d'eau dans cette abime recemment cree.
Aujourd'hui on visite ces chutes au moyen de passerelles metaliques qui sillonnent entre foret tropical, rocher et eau.
Un spectacle fabuleux aux dimensions incroyables.

But nothing really special...
The city of Mendosa is not interesting, but Cordoba is a lot more. This town is the second biggest of Argentina, around 1'300'000 people live there, and has one of the biggest university of the country. Lots of young people, lots of bars, as well as lots of old buildings counting the rich history of the "missionners". This is here that the "missionners" were living before going to "christianise" the indiens of the north of Argentina.
But the most interresting part, from my point of view, is Puerto Iguazu. Argentina's city in tropical area, at the border between Brazil and Paraguay. Here it is the aera of the Toucan, and that's here, in the middle of the tropical forest, that there is the most beautiful water fall in the world, as they say. I haven't seen the others, but i think this is true.
100'000 years ago, the earth under the Rio Crecido felt, making by that way a deep canyon of 70 m high. From that point, the peacefull river changed itself to a violent waterfall, flowding its million's m3 of water into this new big hole.
Today we can see those waterfalls by some walking pathes through the forest, rocks and water.
